Reporting to: Management Board BV / Group Financial Controller

Description:

This is a newly created role to support the global expansion of a London based Foreign Exchange specialist. This role will “own” the finance of the BV enIty working closely with the London based finance team whilst being the first finance hire in the Amsterdam office.

Job Specification

• Day to day accounting administration
• Ensure timely delivery of financial statements compliant with relevant accounting standards and regulatory deadlines
• Support Group in preparation Half year and annual report for Group listed entity
• Ensure compliance with Group transfer pricing and intercompany accounting policies with
• Work closely with UK Finance team to design and report KPIs and implement new controls
• Build process and reporting packages for BV enIty
• Improve the insight and analysis given to management via improving the month end management accounts process
• Weekly monitoring of derivative valuation position, cash and cashflow forecasIng for Netherlands
• Assist Group Controller in ensuring local tax compliance
• Assist with credit risk procedures
• Profile
• Accounting qualification locally or internationally is a plus
• Able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Hands-on, proacIve, team spirit
• Dutch language is a MUST
