As HR manager of DEGIRO you will be responsible for professionalising the HR department of LPE Capital, for the offices in Amsterdam, Sofia and Hongkong. You will mainly focus on talent acquisition, implementing talent management, implementing bonus/salary schemes, coördinating and monitoring HR procedures, employer branding and making sure that the company can grow even more in the coming years. You have two HR officers (one in A’dam and one in Sofia) who will assist you with all the recruitment, HR and salary related matters. Be aware that besides all the challenges in improving and creating HR strategies there is also an operational part within the job.
Tasks:
• Talent acquisition;
• Salary house and Bonus structure;
• Managing and monitoring HR administration, processes and policies and improve and develop where necessary;
• Talent management;
• Advising managers and employees regarding people management, labour law etc;
• Employer branding;
Requirements:
• a 3 to 10 years relevant experience in HR with the above named fields;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in preferably HR Management;
• Living in or around Amsterdam;
• Fulltime available (40 hours per week, non flexible hours);
