How you will help reshape the financial industry
Our financial services enable people to gain an overview of their finances, to acquire valuable insights into their transactions, to control their spending and to provide relevant and personalized recommendations. Built into customizable and intelligent API’s, we empower our customers to offer their users a tailored and smart financial experience.

Started by the former founders of successful fintech companies DEGIRO and OHPEN, Sniptech has invested in different European fintech companies in order to provide both great individual APIs and seamless horizontal integrations.

2022 will be an important year for Sniptech with all fundaments for success lined up. As a result of our growth and ambitions, we are now looking for a Sales Manager in The Netherlands. Joining the Amsterdam-based team of Sniptech, you will be the driver for our business in the Dutch, Belgian and German market.

What you will accomplish
From our Amsterdam office, you will play a key role in the growth of Sniptech. With the financial world in the midst of its unique evolution, you have the opportunity to be impactful on our fintech journey in the Belgian, German and Dutch markets. As our Sales Manager you will have the responsibility to drive revenue across multiple industries and clients while working together closely with the Barcelona Business Development office and the Sniptech leadership team.

What will you be doing?
You will develop new business opportunities and drive sales, while managing sales processes and collaborating with other departments to reach commercial agreements
You will execute our short-term business development strategy while constructing the model for sustainable long-term success
You will establish and maintain a strong network and become an advisor to our potential clients, and leading FinTech companies
You will build brand awareness, plan and lead marketing activities for the region and drive successful marketing projects
You will position Sniptech as the powerful enhancer of financial API solutions and the financial industry

What are we looking for?
An university degree in a relevant discipline (management, BA, marketing or related disciplines) and a thorough understanding of online banking
5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions in the financial industry, with a network in retail and/or finance
The ability to drive negotiations to a close, both through colleagues and partners and individually, with a relevant track record of continuously realising ambitious targets
The ability to translate long term strategy and goals into short term results
Strong communication and presentation skills
A team player who understands how listening leads to sales
A fast-paced self-starter with a hands-on mentality and the ability to get things done
