What You Will Be Doing
Support in relationship management with portfolio companies
Manage commercial contracts with/between portfolio companies
Manage the formal processes between shareholders on the one hand and the portfolio companies on the other hand. This includes amongst others keeping track of decisions that require shareholder approval, general meetings, weekly KPI reports, monthly management reports, quarterly updates, budget reporting and business plan progress
Support in the acquisition process from due diligence, transaction documentation, manage the closing agenda and communicate progress to our internal teams
Your Profile
Master degree in the area of Finance, Business or Accounting
Minimal relevant experience of 3-5 years
Pro active
Structured
Affinity with the financial industry
Fluent in both Dutch and English language
It would be an enormous plus if you have experience with or have a background in Legal
