DEGIRO (www.degiro.nl) is an online brokerage company which gives individual investors access to financial markets worldwide. The company was established in 2008 to service the professional market and in 2013 started offering this service to retail investors at wholesale prices. Currently DEGIRO is expanding the online brokerage within the European Union servicing customers from the Amsterdam and Sofia locations. DEGIRO is a subsidiary of LPE Capital and a sister company of HiQ Invest (www.hiqinvest.com/en/) and Fundshare (www.fundshare.eu). HiQ Invest offers Investment Fund Management and Fundshare offers fund administration services. LPE Capital is active in Amsterdam, Hong Kong and Sofia.
We are currently looking for a Back-end Web Developer for our location in Amsterdam. As a web developer you are the partly responsible for designing, monitoring and maintaining Trading Software. You are the link between the user applications and the technology behind it.
Job Requirements
– Master’s degree, preferably in IT or something similar
– 2 – 5 years of experience
– Experience with Java web based trading applications
– Experience with SQL databases and network protocols
– Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks is a plus
